Return & Refund Policy

Mac N Tyre Car Care

At Mac N Tyre, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in supplying high-quality car detailing products, accessories, and car care solutions. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided

Due to the nature of car detailing products, opened, used, or tampered items cannot be returned for quality control reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened chemicals, liquids, coatings, waxes, polishes, or cleaners

  • Used accessories, applicators, cloths, brushes, or tools

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged due to incorrect use, negligence, or failure to follow instructions

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process the claim, we may request:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

  • Mac N Tyre is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same return conditions outlined above. If the replacement product differs in price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it will fall under the standard return process.
